Yes. When you add a stamp or unlock a reward, their phone can alert them — like major wallet loyalty programmes. They open Wallet and your card is already updated.

Is Starter really free after the trial?

Yes. After your 14-day trial at go-live, Starter costs nothing monthly as long as you stay under 50 unique customers per calendar month. You only pay the one-time hardware fee shown in Pricing.

Do customers need to download an app?
