TapStamp (“we”, “us”) provides wallet-native loyalty software for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Who this covers
Business owners and staff who use the TapStamp owner app, and customers who join a loyalty programme via a tap link or NFC stamp.
Information we collect
- Owner accounts: name, email, business details, staff codes, branding assets, and subscription/billing status.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Loyalty customers: optional name, email, and birthday if the business collects them; stamp history; Wallet device tokens needed to update passes.
- Usage: app and site diagnostics to keep the service reliable.
How we use data
To run loyalty programmes, update Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, provide owner dashboards, bill subscriptions, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We use processors such as Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), Apple, and Google (Wallet). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and loyalty data is kept while the business uses TapStamp and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and fraud prevention needs.
Your rights
